What to expect before we arrive to clean
A satisfied client is our mutual goal, so we will make sure you are fully informed about our cleaning packages. Also, we will check if you have any additional special requests or limitations you’d like us to respect. This information will enable us to provide an accurate quote, exceed your expectations and leave your home in pristine condition.
Before we arrive, we will contact you regarding arrangements for the property access. You can provide us with a key or an access code, or you can ensure that someone is at home during your scheduled time to let us in. We provide cleaning services throughout the week, so there should be no problems finding the perfect time that will suit you, whether you wish to be at home during the cleaning or not.
If you need to make any changes to your package or the time appointed, you can do so only up to 24h before your booking. We keep our team booked and organized, so late cancellations will incur a fee.
What to Expect During Your Cleaning
Our hiring process is designed to select the best. You can rest assured our cleaning professionals have undergone an extensive background check and are trained to perform to the highest standards in the industry. They are also insured and bonded.
Our cleaning team brings all the necessary equipment and supplies with them, so you don’t have to think of that. Once our technician arrives, they’ll have an initial walkthrough with you to pinpoint areas you wish we pay close attention to. We do not mind you staying while we do the cleaning, but we do recommend moving from room to room to allow our cleaners the space they need to clean properly.
Please note that our cleaning professionals cannot move large and heavy items or reach areas over 6 feet high due to liability issues.
What to expect after cleaning
Once we are done cleaning, we will have a walkthrough inspection with you. We want to make sure you are satisfied, and all the jobs on our cleaning checklist are done to your satisfaction. If you deem our work unsatisfactory and state so during this inspection, we will perform cleaning once more, free of charge.
In case you notice any lost or damaged property after our cleaning service you should inform us as soon as possible so we can address the issue. We will do what we can to repair or replace the lost or damaged items.
Soon after the cleaning, we will send you an email to ask for your honest feedback and rate your cleaner and the service performed. In this way, we try to ensure our professional cleaners meet the highest industry standards.
